2022 Chapter Update

  • Started meeting in person again with hybrid meetings starting in May 2022.

  • Returned to traveling in 2022 as well. We traveled in May to Kabingo area projects in Uganda with MU and WSU. In August we traveled with Miami to Rwanda as well as mentors traveling with UC to Tanzania.

  • Dug in with our Volleyball Fundraiser topping past records.

  • Held a local volunteer day at Happen, Inc. in October and built new flower boxes at Happen Outside from reclaimed wood and started setting the raised beds in the Go Goods Garden.

  • Wrapped up the year with the Water Committee planning for our full assessment trip in early 2023 for our new project in Matyazo, Rwanda.
